All Sales are Final. We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made for services, packages, an off-site chair massage event, products, classes, gift certificates, or any type of out-call services. In some cases we may issue a store credit or gift certificate.
No refunds will be provided for deposits or monies paid or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled event. Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund less deposit, and cancellations received less than 1 week prior to a scheduled event are eligible for a 25% refund less deposit.
Management reserves the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
Anatrypsis Massage & Skincare recognizes that both massage therapists and clients are vulnerable to infections and given that we ask clients to cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell and we will do the same for you. If you have any of the following contagious illnesses the massage session will be rescheduled: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Sore Throat, Poison Ivy, Flu, Chicken Pox, Head Lice, Impetigo, Ringworm, Common Cold, or anything that is, or could be contagious, please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are feeling ill. Cancellation fees will still apply if we are within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. However, we will credit those fees toward your next visit (if due to illness) if the appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know 24 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to cancel within this time frame you will be charged a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Lash Extension Clients will forfeit your deposit. No Shows will be charged for the full price of your scheduled service, you will not be allowed to book again if you do not pay this fee. If you have 1 or more no-shows we will remove you from our client list and you will be unable to book without prepayment. If you have a membership or have a prepaid package you will forfeit your one (1) service from your package for cancellations or no-show. We understand life happens, and there are times cancellations and no-shows cannot be avoided, we do make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis.
To be fair and courteous to our other clients and staff, appointments will be automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Regretfully, late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In some rare cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our sole discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. Please call us if you are running late.
